Erst gemütlicher bis teilweise steiler Anstieg auf Asphalt bis zum Parkplatz, anschließend gemächlich auf Schotter weiter (Abstecher zur Wirtsalm möglich) bis zum Anstieg über Serpentinen auf Schotter. Dann leicht bergab und weiter auf gleicher Höhe auf breiter Schotterpiste, Nach ein paar kleinen Zwischenanstiegen Ankuft bei Trögleralm, Abfahrt über steilen und steinigen Hohlweg (gute Bremsen und Geschicklichkeit gefordert)
