About this route
From the campsite in Winkl, we cycle down the bike path to Bayerisch Gmain and then over into Austria. Here we continue on flat paths around the Untersberg. It looks so massive, but is easy and quick to circumnavigate. After crossing the border, we ride along the Berchtesgadener Ache, mostly off-road, to Berchtesgaden. Then it’s a steady but gentle climb up to Bischofswiesen and back to the campsite. Just before, we eat at the brewery :-) #noebike
