Trainingsrunde Neckar und Murr

From Hoheneck, it goes down to the Neckar almost by itself, following the river downstream to the boat lock at Marbach. Then, we cross the pedestrian bridge to the other side of the river up to the mouth of the Murr. The route goes upstream along the Murr to Steinheim and continues on to Kirchheim a.d.Murr. Just after the bridge, the climb to Affalterbach begins, where you already have to push quite hard. Before entering the village, we take a right turn and follow good dirt roads (part gravel, part asphalt) to Erdmannhausen, and from there we go down to Aichgraben, which we follow to Marbach - Hörnle. Now we have to climb again, up to the height above the Neckar, the route then leads almost flat to Neckarweihingen and finally the Bergstraße descends back to the Neckar. A final climb takes us back to the starting point at Ludwigsburg Hoheneck.
