“Hinter Arni“ Overture

This demanding day tour can be compared to a classical overture.

The opening starts off relaxed and laid back, but it stretches out, becoming increasingly challenging, and after several changes in rhythm, the tour reaches its first highlight at "Ahorn".

After a long and impressive descent, through landscapes that are reminiscent of those seen only in Gotthelf movies, the introduction to the second movement begins, which is filled with highlights and concludes at the "Ober Lushütte".

At this point, it's a must to take an artistic break, as from now on technique and rapid changes in rhythm are required, which will accompany you to Luthern-Bad.

A stop and a sip of water from the Maria-Heilbronn spring is recommended for every artist. Those who already have heavy legs can leave the overture here and roll leisurely to the finish at "Luthern-Dorf".

However, for those who still have enough strength, it is essential to tackle the third movement, which begins with a short but very steep interlude. Once the final ascent is accomplished, you can sit back and enjoy the concluding section, which takes you through what is likely the most beautiful part of forest in the entire Napf region.
