About This Route

This bicycle route begins at the Western terminus of the Yakima Greenway Trail. The route follows the Greenway Trail to Hwy 24. There is a bike spur from the parking lot at Sherman Park that accesses Hwy 24. Follow Hwy 24 over fairly flat hwy with good shoulders and some decent hills to the junction with Hwy 240. The pass as you approach Hwy 240 will be a bit of work. Follow Hwy 240 into Richland on fairly flat road with good shoulders. A very challenging route with excellent wide open panoramic views!
