erst geht es nach cochem ins tal, dann die mosel entlang nach bruttig fankel und dort in schönen langezogenen serpentinen in den hunsrück.

nach erfolgreichem anstieg, geht es wieder ins tal und am kloster engelport vorbei.

durch das schöne tal, geht es wieder an die mosel und bis nach hatzenport. von dort geht es ab da in die eifel durchs schrumpftal recht flach mit einer schönen landschaft.

über münstermaifeld geht es auf dm fahrradweg (alte bahnstrecke) nach mayen, sehr schöne strecke aber meist viel verkehr (skater und fußgänger :-))

von mayen aus geht es bergauf richtung monreal überes land nach kaisersesch...viel spaß
