Only for masochists. :D From Sirok on main road 24. Turn towards the Recski quarry, then up to Várbükk. Forestry road to the Markazi gate, there it connects to the blue hiking trail, from there mostly bike pushing to Kékes. After Mátraháza, at the Vörösmarty tourist house turn right on the P+ marking (sometimes pushing, technical... stony water runs) to the Pisztrángos lake. From there, again forestry road/asphalt through the Ilona valley to Parádfürdő, then back on 24 to Sirok.
