About this route
Amazing road. After the plain, you reach Su'ao and follow the 9丁 road. Steep climb, but a very rare car will pass you by, if any.
When your road reaches road 9 again (km 40 on my route), the traffic becomes heavier with trucks. Still, the bycicle/motorcycle lane is wide enough to feel safe. A lot of people say it's dangerous, but I guess it's the deafening sound of trucks in the numerous tunnels.
The ride goes on with amazing views of the coast, climbs and downward rides on a perfect road, until it opens onto the Taroko valley.
