About this route
Wonderful route, all paved. After 12km (Büren an der Aare) it starts to go up & down; the most difficult part is at km 36 (Aetingen) with 1km very steep into the village, there are 50m so steep that it’s almost impossible to complete with a road bike! Last climb at km 49 it’s also steep 8-10% for 1.5km direction Lüterswil. Finally, from km 55 it’s downhill and flat direction Biel/Bienne. All in all, one of the best routes in the area, countryside is lovely and there are no cars.
