Ruta 13

We set out from Prat via the Raval, crossing the road and the ford that traverses the ravine. The path known as the Planelles runs flat through a beautiful and rugged valley. Suddenly, the valley closes again, and we must seek the bed of the ravine to return to the road, which we will follow for 1300 meters. A branch to the right, tangent to the road, indicates where we must continue our path. This is one of the most spectacular sections. First, the track sneaks through a small gorge where the road disappears. Later, over a length of about three hundred meters, we travel on a path just over two meters wide, cut into the bedrock. The ravine enlarges and gains height and spectacularity as it passes the path between a rock needle and the mountain through an artificial trench. After passing the Portes, as this place is called, and with a slightly wider and more frequented path, we cross the ravine again to take the N-230 road, which we will follow until we reach Pinell de Brai.
