Mariánské Lázně - Mnichov - Lázně Kynžvart - Mariánské Lázně

Moderately difficult undulating route around Mariánské Lázně, approximately one and a half hours. We start from the Antoníček spring climbing to Zádub and then continue along II/230 to Mnichov - wide road with good surface, mild traffic. From Mnichov to Prameny narrow road, minimal traffic, surface occasionally in worse condition. From Prameny to Kladská a long gentle ascent (over 6 km about 80 m elevation), low traffic, good surface. From Kladská short (1 km) ascent with 70 m elevation, then a great descent to Lázně Kynžvart, then we continue downhill to Valy and Velká Hleďsebe (good surface, mild traffic). Then back to Mariánské Lázně, more traffic, option to use the sidewalk.
