We ride this route in summer on Sundays in a group. Buchholz, Sprötze (along the bike path of the B3 to Nedderhof), Todtglüsing, Otter, Wesseloh, Schneverdingen, Heber (via the B3 - roundabout), then through Hörpel, Dohle, Egestorf, Undeloh, Welle, Kampen, Nedderhof, Sprötze (Lohbergenweg), Seppensen, Buchholz.
Nice loop of 3.5 to 4 hours. Just around Schneverdingen, there's very little traffic if you choose the very well-paved agricultural paths.
