05 Benitagla-Alcudia de Monteagud

Overview: After crossing and skirting the village of Benitagla, the path descends on a dirt track to the bottom of the valley, reaching the bed of the rambla. From there, the climb begins towards Alcudia de Monteagud through a green and lush environment. Shortly before joining the road, the Torre de Alhabia can be spotted on the left. Technical data: Descent to the bottom of the rambla, followed by a climb of approximately 1.5 km and an elevation gain of nearly 150 m, characterized by some very steep ramps. Overall, the stage requires a low technical level. There is also the option to reach Alcudia de Monteagud by road, avoiding the descent and ascent of the rambla.
