Szlakiem Nadbużańskich Grodzisk - ProHabitat 2010

Cycling rally 'Along the Trail of Bug River Fortified Settlements' organized by the Habitat Protection Society 'ProHabitat'. The primary goal of the event is to initiate a new, intended by its founders as a cyclical tourist event, aimed at promoting the scenic values of the Bug River region of Podlasie and the promotion of the 'Trail of Bug River Fortified Settlements', which was designated and marked by the Habitat Protection Society 'ProHabitat' in 2009 thanks to a grant from the Marshal's Office of the Podlasie Voivodeship. This new tourist trail popularizes the cultural and scenic values of the Bug River region of Podlasie, where the concentration of the oldest anthropogenic landforms, such as fortified settlements, burial mounds, and mound cemeteries, is impressive in this area and unique within the Podlasie Voivodeship.
