This Strade Bianche route takes you over 38% unpaved roads that can also be ridden with a road bike if equipped with 25 mm (in good conditions) or 28 mm puncture-resistant tires. The route starts from the parking at Keelven (Someren) and goes via Someren-Eind mainly on paved roads to the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal. Via a long strade and a few shorter pieces of strade, you ride via Ospel to the Noordervaart canal where you also encounter some pieces of strade.

You then ride to the Schoorkuilen nature reserve and over quiet roads and strades in the outskirts of Swartbroek, Tungelroy, and Stramproy you ride towards holiday park Vosseven near the Belgian border. After that, you briefly ride through Weert where in the villa district there is still a gravel path, and through the recreation area of the IJzeren Man you head towards Weerterbos where you will find long stretches of strade.

On mostly paved roads, you ride towards Someren-Heide and then dive into the forests of the Somerensche Heide over mostly unpaved roads.
