Famous crossing of the Franconian Switzerland from north to south

The starting point for the tour is Würgau near Scheßlitz. On the way there, we follow the young Wiesent through its unique valley with its special landscape character.

The destination and turning point of the tour is the well-known tourist "center" of Franconian Switzerland: Pottenstein.

On the return, we follow a route located further west, which also leads through the equally charming Aufseß.

Over the high plateaus with a wide view of the land, we return in a rolling manner to the starting point.

The tour is an absolute dream for conditionally strong cyclists! Through a wonderful landscape, we ride mainly on quiet roads, with varying and appealing elevation changes over many meters. Along the way, there are also many towns and attractions that are all worth a short break.
