Auf der rund 16 Kilometer langen Strecke geht es von Höxter aus an der Freizeitanlage Höxter-Goedelheim vorbei immer an der Weser entlang. Die Fährüberfahrt auf der Personen-Gierseilfähre Wehrden ist ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Auf der anderen Weserseite geht es zurück in Richtung Höxter. Kurz nach der Fährüberfahrt lohnt sich ein kurzer Stopp und ein Ausflug zur PORZELLANMANUFAKTUR Schloss Fürstenberg. Anschließend führt die Tour durch Boffzen zurück nach Höxter.
