The route from Barboshinaya Polyana (Pol. Frunze) through the Sokolie Mountains with a visit to attractions - Studenyy Ovrazh, Lyssaya Gora, Gora Barsuk, the cemetery of Hungarian prisoners of war and with an endpoint at Polka. This route is also notable for the fact that Studenyy Ovrazh is not on asphalt but on a dirt forest serpentine. Thus, there is practically no asphalt on the route. Near the cemetery of the prisoners of war is another attraction of these forests - the pagan Kapishche Veles. It should be noted that the modern pagans (rodnovers), who built this shrine and conduct their cult there, are unfriendly towards the curious and mere passersby. The route ends at a location known to tourists as Polka. From Polka, a 'goat path' (also known as the 'upper') runs along the steep bank of the Volga to Barsuk and the Grotto of Greve, but it is strongly discouraged to ride a bicycle on it due to its extreme narrowness, steepness, and height of the slope, as well as the crumbling ground. Before taking a walk on the trail, it is also advisable to think carefully - the chances of falling down are quite high, and there is no one to rescue you from there (if you survive).
