About this route
€ 3.00 entry fee in 2010, 14.08.2010, organized by TSV Dahme + the spa administration. There will be prizes, coffee and cake + certificates for everyone. A very nice family event for spa guests and anyone who can participate with a city bike, MTB or racing bike.
Swimming will be done once around the pier, about 400m.
In the area of Kellenhusener Weg, the bike path must be used, almost to Vogelsang. This is only 1m wide and has many curves, so you have to brake quite often and also cover more meters.
Athletes who know this area like to shorten the distance by not using the bike path - beware of these cheaters!
The running route is a turnaround course in the forest. It is 3.8km long but is advertised as 3.0km.
