About This Route

Such rain this day. Some of the route was on dirt tractor paths which got really muddy. Great architecture along the way. Nice golden bamboo grove on a hillside (huge). Be sure to go see the castle in Shirakawa - museum nice but not much in English, the castle itself is lovely. Reconstruction post 3-11 on the stonework is impressive.
