Postavaru telecabina - Drumul rosu - Brasov

Easy difficulty. I have done this route multiple times and I can honestly say it has everything needed for a beginner.

Route: Teleabina Postavaru -> Drumul rosu -> traversare partii -> traversare bradul -> Strada Poiana lui Stechil -> Dr Forestier Oabanul de sus -> Dr Forestier Valea cu apa (uphill) -> La bancuta -> Poteca cu fete -> Dr forestier in jos -> Str Podul Cretului -> Bus stop 20.

Be careful with:

• The first S from Postavaru has large boulders and can throw you off before you know it.

• The climb from Drumul forestier Valea cu Apa is easily doable, except for the part at the intersection which leads to the benches (marker: there is a small bridge and a path that seems more okay on the right - the road straight ahead, to be specific). This is a push bike route and it is very wet almost all the time. If you are not in the mood, just make the return on Poteca cu fete directly without going to the benches. However, if you do go to the benches, on the way back, until the push bike intersection, you will notice that you have a more broken forest road on the left (on foot) and a path on the right (it's higher up). Take the path as it will lead you directly to Poteca cu fete, it's just a small - small - climb.

Poteca cu fete is an easy, smooth route meant to get the rider accustomed to trails.
