About This Route

Von Erfurt aus mit der Bahn nach Elgersburg. Von da an geht es etwa 1:45h nur gergauf über die "Hohe Warte", welche eine wunderschöne Aussieht bietet, weiter zum Mönchshof immer entlang des Rennstieges in Richtung Schmücke.

Einmal oben angekommen kann gemütlich bei einer Bratwurst in der Sonne sitzen, bevor es wieder mit rasanter Geschwindigkeit bergab ins Tal geht.

Direkt hinter dem Mönchhof bergab Richtung Geraberg, von da an immer auf dem Gera-Rad-Weg Richtung Erfurt bleiben.
