About this route
參加這次日月潭是前一星期臨時決定，剛好補上原報名者因公無法成行的空缺，因此乾脆玩大一點，把腳踏車帶去，前一天傍晚騎車環湖一圈30公里(90分 鐘)，第二天泳渡日月潭3.3公里(85分鐘)，接著跑步回到游泳起點9公里(75分鐘)，完成兩天三鐵，作為10/16台東鐵人賽的熱身。
