Um den Heuberg

Start in Riet den Strudelbach and follow until Eberdingen. At the exit of Eberdingen in the direction of Nußdorf, turn left on the dirt path up the hill, follow the paved way until the edge of the forest. Follow the path straight through the forest and on the other side down initially on unpaved roads. At a fork, turn sharply left up the path into the forest. After about 300 m, turn left. Now cross the forest between Iptingen and Mömsheim (hard to trace on the map). Then cross three main roads on the paved paths until reaching the golf course of Mönsheim / Wimsheim. Leave the golf course on the left and pass by Mönsheim Castle into the valley. Climb the hill in Wimsheim towards Friolzheim, turn at the roundabout towards Friolzheim. After Friolzheim, cross (currently) a temporary bridge over the highway, then head towards Perouse. Just before Perouse, you'll pass a small model airfield. Break!! After Perouse, turn towards Flacht. Now just follow the Strudelbach (sadly a lot along roads, but only downhill) back to the start.
