From Großenritte uphill on the Langenberg (around 200 meters elevation gain over 4 km), little traffic. In Niedenstein, don't miss the exit at the stadium. Until Kirchberg it's all downhill. Now we come to the turnaround point. Then Wehren and Dorla, where you shouldn't miss the small road (almost no traffic but paved) to Gleichen, the same applies for the turnoff in Metze towards Ermetheis. In Ermetheis there's a climb with hairpin bends at 6-7% gradient up to the Langenberg for the second time.
