Balcarce-Otamendi-Mar del Plata por el camino de Las Piedritas

Continuing along Uriburu Avenue southeast, you reach the "road of Las Piedritas" that connects Balcarce with Miramar or turning left to Comandante Nicanor Otamendi. In the hilly area (towards Otamendi), the route has many steep climbs and descents, quite sandy, very rutted and with very marked tracks so one must be careful on the descents. Then it becomes flatter. Very tough but scenically beautiful, especially in the mountainous area. Once in Otamendi, you can go to Estación Chapadmalal via the path parallel to the tracks and from there continue to Batán and take the bike path of route 88 to finally reach Mar del Plata.
