Jelzett bicikliút: fehér alapon piros C betű. Az útvonal meglehetősen bonyolult, mivel több mellékút keresztezi. 2010 novemberében helyrehoztak két hídat a Vargyason keresztül, így átgázolás nélkül megtehető az útvonal. A főbb pontjai: Kirulysarka, Őzeresztő pataka, Vargyas szoros bejárata, valamint Kőmező karaja. Nagyon változatos és nagyon szép biciklis útvonal. Az útvonal során megtekinthető a Hargitaligeti forrásláp (nemzeti természetvédelmi terület, Kalibáskői tanösvény, Festő borvíz, Kirulyfürdő, valamint a Vargyas barlangrendszere és sziklaszorosa
