Vom Rosengarten in Bad Langensalza über die "Gelbe Route" in den Hainich, vorbei am Baumkronenpfad bis zum "Craulaer Kreuz", dann weiter über die "Rote Route" im Hainich nach Mühlhausen und von dort über den "Unstrutradweg" zurück nach Bad Langensalza. Strecke meist gut befahrbar, speziell auf der ersten Hälfte einige steilere Anstiege, danach eher flache Strecke.
