Strömsund - Svaningen

Today there are no shopping opportunities, not even in Svanningen, so no shopping in Stömsund before departure. Here you drive shortly after Strömsund on a gravel road, which, however, presents no problems in dry weather. At first, it goes through light forests, hilly ups and downs, with beautiful views of Lake Ströms Vattudal, which permanently accompanies you all the way to Gäddede. This area around Svanningen is one of the most famous bear areas in Sweden. However, you can mostly see them only if you go into the forests. It is advisable to inform yourself beforehand about how to behave if you encounter one. Just before the destination, you still have to tackle two strong climbs, but you are rewarded with beautiful views.
