About this route
Bin die Strecke mit dem Reiserad auf der Via Claudia Augusta ab Augsburg gestartet. In Österreich sind viele Schotterstrecken auf dem Radweg. Ab Landeck mit dem Postbus nach Nauders, ist die Via Claudia mit dem Etsch-Radweg identisch.
Die Stecke ist - bis auch wenige Ausnahmen - asphaltiert. Geht ab Reschensee zunächst steil bergab (16%) und deshalb für Kinder auf dem ersten Teil m.E. nicht geeignet. Ab Vinschgau dann aber auf landschaftlich schöner Strecke weiter. Nach Kaltern ist noch einmal ein nicht unerheblicher Aufstieg zu meistern.
Die Auffahrt war etwas schwer zu finden, aber jetzt mit Track bestimmt kein Problem. Den Track habe ich am PC weitgehend nachbearbeitet, damit ihr unsere Sucherei nicht nachvollziehen müsst.
