Běžky Pláně-Tetřeví a zpět

We went skate skiing to Špindl, took the Hromovka lift (100 CZK - unfortunately the cross-country skier discount is only until 9 a.m., then it costs full price), then left on the slope down to Pláně (downhill), then a viewpoint on Friesovky from the hut at Pláni (downhill), back to the junction above the lift (uphill) and following the signs to Klínovka (downhill, uphill, downhill). Around the new Klínovka we climb to the curve before the descent to Friesovky (uphill), a sharp descent to Friesovky (start very downhill, then downhill). Through Friesovky to Lahrovky (nearly flat), left to Lahrbuš a few dozen meters uphill to the junction (uphill). Turn right about one kilometer (downhill) to the junction to Tetřeví boudy via Renerovky. Left turn to Přední Renerovky (uphill), then a bit more uphill and then a long steady descent of about 4 kilometres to the junction Tetřeví boudy (downhill). Here you can turn left via Pražská as far as you like, for example to Černá hora. We continue for lunch to Tetřeví (downhill). LUNCH - Borscht and Pilsen. Back to Přední Renerovky (alternating uphill and nearly flat). Below Renerovky we take off skis and walk alongside Kuprovka to the end of the lift (very uphill), put skis on again and via Dvorská connect to Lahrbuš (uphill). We proceed to Rozcestí (uphill), here the most beautiful view of the Krkonoše mountains to Sněžka. We turn left to the junction above the old Klínovka (flat). Descent around New Klínovka (downhill) and return to the Front Plain (uphill, downhill, uphill). The last cable car down leaves at 4 p.m., it should be half-price for cross-country skiers, like the morning one between 8:30 and 9:00 which also costs half price. We descend Hromovka to the parking lot (downhill, very downhill). Apart from the effort, otherwise a wonderful trip, the weather was postcard perfect
