The permanent cycling route called 'The Olive Road' is a circular loop that includes the municipalities of Bucine and Lateria Pergine Valdarno and takes its name from one of the main crops of the area: the olive tree. A scenic route featuring many kilometers of 'white roads', the classic Tuscan cobblestone, surrounded by countless olive groves, typical cultivations that give rise to one of the culinary treasures of our territory: extra virgin olive oil.
