About This Route

Starting and ending in the car park of the Old Spa pub, this 24-mile circuit forms one of the main training circuits for the 2011 Forlorn Hope cycle tour, which will follow the complete 2011 Tour de France route. This training circuit is relatively flat, with some mild climbs, except for one >20% gradient climb heading out of Abbotsbury - a real thigh burner!
