Kelten-Route

Beautiful family route / The route takes you via the 'Wederather Kreuz' through shaded forest to Vicus Belginum. Here you can visit the museum and enjoy the wonderful panoramic view all the way to the Eifel. Afterwards, the route runs through the forest via Hochscheid, Zolleiche, Hinzerath. After a ride through meadows and fields, the ruins of Baldenau Castle are reached. This unique water castle of the Hunsrück invites you to linger. The route continues via Hundheim to the HUGO Friendship Path back to Gonzerath. Except for the climb at the beginning, this cycling route only requires overcoming a few meters of elevation. Additionally, this tour offers interesting stops with Belginum and Baldenau Castle, also suitable for children.
