Biarritz - Bidart - Moulin de Bassilour (Boucle)

Discover this charming route on a trekking bike or for cycle tourism from our shop Les Roues de Lilou in Biarritz. To start, you will follow the oceanfront to the Côte des Basques and then head towards Bidart along the cycle path beside the road. You will then reach the beautiful cliffside road that takes you into Bidart. As you descend into the village, you will share the road with oncoming cars (don't worry, this is allowed), but be cautious nonetheless. At the Uhabia beach, take the small road that passes under a bridge and join the cycle path alongside the small canal. Then continue along the southern side road towards the Bassilour mill.

After a short stop at the mill, head towards the village of Burruntz and then return to Ibarritz by road. This circuit will bring you back to the Biarritz shop, passing through the town centre.
