TAILWIND TOURS

3T MAY LONG WEEKEND 2011

A fun filled (but challenging) 325km journey from 550M to Sea Level

Day One
Our first day takes us down the Range via Flagstone Creek and across the floor of the picturesque Lockyer Valley to Ma Ma Creek before making a climb over Mt Sylvia then down into Laidely and on to Grandchester, Wallon and Amberley where we turn south for the final run into todays destination, Boonah. After lunch to our accommodation and an afternoon at leisure.

Day Two
After a hearty Breakfast we roll out en route to Tamborine via Beaudesert. A rest stop atop the Mt and then downward to the sleepy village of Canungra for a leisurely afternoon poolside, some R& R and sightseeing opportunities followed by a few quiet drinks and early dinner.

Day Three
Breakfast and on for the assault on our final day heading to Advancetown following the Nerang Murwillumbah Road down into the Numinbah Valley and on to Murwillumbah. Then a nice flat spin along the Tweed to the quaint little village of Tumbulgum for showers and a well deserved lunch. After lunch pack bikes and the Coach ride home to Toowoomba.
