Provo River Parkway ->Murdoch Canal Trail -> Porter Rockwell Trail -> Jordan River Trail -> Legacy Parkway Trail -> Denver & Rio Grande Western Rail Trail -> W Haven Trail -> Weber River Parkway -> Ogden River Parkway Trail and ending at Rainbow Gardens park, in the mouth of Ogden Canyon.
