Połczyn Zdrój "Pradolina Dębnicy" - Niebieski

This is a loop starting and ending at the same point with a length of about 21 km, of which about 13 km runs on paved roads. The trail leads through the northeastern part of the municipality of Połczyn-Zdrój, is relatively easy and even cyclists with lower fitness levels should be able to complete this route in no longer than 2-3 hours.

The trail begins at the entrance to the Spa Park and goes through the following streets: Zdrojowa, Szpitalna, Zamkowa, Mickiewicza, Koszalińska, Słoneczna, Kolejowa, Traugutta. Just outside the city limits, the route goes through the village of Łężek, where the asphalt road ends. The next section, approximately 1.5 km long (to the village of Buślarki), runs on a sandy road, where it may be necessary to push the bike on short sections. Just after Buślarki, the trail goes over an old wooden bridge over the Dębnica and 200 meters further reaches the asphalt road Połczyn-Tychowo. The trail then gently climbs the Skowrończych Mountains, before descending to Lake Kołackie. The shore of the reservoir is one of the most beautiful places on the trail, so it is worth planning a stop here. It is also worth noting the large burial mounds located on the western side of the lake. These are tumuli from the early Middle Ages.

Further on, the trail leads to the village of Kołacz, from where it returns to Połczyn-Zdrój via asphalt roads through Ogartowo and Ogartówko.
