It is time for a short summary of the few days spent in Sarbinowo. I am here for the second time after two years and came with a plan to fill in the missing municipalities along the coast. The plan was only partly realized. I managed to cover the municipalities between Wolin and Trzebiatów as well as between Łeba and Jarosławiec. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow me to cover the municipalities from Łeba to Władysławowo, and those will be left for another time. I was forced to repeat some routes already done 2 years ago and thanks to that I have a comparison of what has changed during this time. On the positive side, the completion of new sections of R10 from Sarbinowo to Gąski and a bit past Gąski towards Pleśna should be noted. The path from Sarbinowo to Mielno was also completed and the crossing through Unieście was greatly improved. Unfortunately, there are still terrible sections, mainly through Mielno. Such a tourist-rich municipality has made no progress in 2 years. Similarly, the already famous narrow-gauge route from Karlino to Kołobrzeg is still neglected around Gościno. No signage or safe connection to the branch to Rymania has been done. The same applies to the exit from Gościno towards Kołobrzeg – there is no indication that the path crosses to the other side of road 162 in the last section. It is hidden behind dense bushes. The situation is similar in Ząbrowo, where the path turns left to Charzyn, crossing road 162. It seems that the local authorities do not care at all about cyclists. And it's a pity, because quite a few ride that path. I also do not recommend the route from Nowogardek through Dzonowo, Kędrzyno, Nieżyn, Unieradz to Gościno. This whole route is either concrete slabs or a combination of German basalt cobblestones and cobblestones alternating with Peerl trylinka pavement. It is terrible to ride and fillings in teeth fall out on this section. It is definitely a path for cross bikes, not road bikes. I devoted a lot of time on my tours to visiting historic manors and palaces, so common in Pomerania. Nosowo, Lubiechowo, Kłopotowo, and Mołtowo deserve praise. Less luck had the palaces in Kraśnik Koszaliński or Gostyń. Unfortunately, the scale of repairs sometimes exceeds the new owners' possibilities. Sometimes it is clear that these are completely random people with no plan on what to do with such a property. This is the case, for example, with the palace in Objazda near Rowy. But these are my subjective opinions on the matter. During these few days I managed to ride 500 km, which may not be a great achievement. However, taking into account the fact that I could only devote a few hours a day to cycling after spa treatments, I am still satisfied. I am especially pleased with the meeting in Niechorze with Paweł Małaszko. He is the first Pole to circle Poland from January 1 to February 24 this year. He rode over 3500 km in temperatures of -20 degrees and in snow up to halfway up the wheel or on ice. And on top of that he collected donations for WOŚP and raised over 11,000 PLN. GREAT GUY. Much respect.
