The starting point of the route is in Janežovci, near the former brickworks (Ciglenci) or at the bar Črni gad. You turn towards Ptuj. After one kilometer of riding, on the right is the pizzeria Pri Mici, which also has a grass football pitch. A few hundred meters further on, you turn right and continue past the Marinič florist, then you notice a directional sign to the left towards the family business Pri Omi. Shortly thereafter, you arrive at a bend where the Sevrova chapel stands. You continue straight ahead, and the road slowly begins to climb towards the Ptuj - Mestni Vrh - Grajenščak road. You will cover several kilometers along this route. Vineyards, a varied hilly landscape, and a beautiful wide view accompany you all the way. In Drstelja, you can choose to stop at the refreshment point Turizem na vasi or continue directly towards Grajenščak. At the Gajser chapel, you go straight onto a gravel road that runs through the forest; this section is 2 kilometers long. We recommend stopping at the cross on Gomila, as there is an exceptionally beautiful viewpoint there. From here, the road descends towards Gomila, where you can sweeten your visit at Majda Čeh's place, known for delicious pastries. The route continues downhill towards the Rogozniška valley. At the intersection, turn right, and after a few meters, at the welcome sign for Jiršovci, turn left. You will cross the Rogoznica stream. There used to be a mill here. Continue uphill; on the left, you will see a wooden ski jumping ramp, but you continue straight ahead. If you want a refreshment, at the intersection turn right steeply uphill and from the top of the hill descend towards the viticultural farm Lovrec, where you will be served good food and a drop to drink. If you continue straight, you will reach the Slomškov chapel. Here, the directional sign points right, the path leads through the forest called Lisičjak. Under the cemetery, turn right towards Ločki Vrh or you can climb to the cemetery and visit the memorial dedicated to the victims of the First and Second World Wars and post-war executions. Through Ločki Vrh, follow the directional signs; most of the time you descend towards Ločič in the municipality of Trnovska vas. Along the way, on the right, you will notice the Kosovo chapel; continue downhill, if you turn right there, after just over a kilometer you reach the Pukšič farm, where the monument Spomin na grofe Sekelje is located. When you reach the valley, you are in Ločič, where you turn right towards Ptuj and cycle one kilometer on the regional road Ptuj – Lenart. When you cycle through a short section of this forest road, a welcome sign informs you that you are again in the municipality of Destrnik. At the end of the flat section, there is a bend where you turn left off the regional road towards Levanjci. When you arrive in Desence, on the right side of the road you notice the first fire station and a plague monument; you continue straight ahead through the plain and can observe carefully maintained agricultural areas. When you arrive in Levanjce, you see that this settlement is the most agriculturally oriented in the whole municipality. At the crossroads, turn right and the road soon begins to climb. When you reach Dolič, a directional sign shortly directs you a bit uphill and then you descend to the refreshment stop Furman; here you continue straight towards Zgornji Velovlek. On this part of the route, you will enjoy wonderful views; you will come across the Veršič chapel, then the road slightly descends and runs through the forest. When you exit the forest, a directional sign points straight ahead; if you turn left, you will reach the ponds at Petru Štarkl in Zgornji Velovlek. At the end of this road, a directional sign points right downhill towards Novi Vas, where you reach the regional road Ptuj - Lenart and here you turn right towards Destrnik. Along the way, you will be accompanied by a nice view of the veduta of Destrnik. In Placar, on the right side, is the Kukovčeva chapel. After a little more cycling, you are back in Janežovci, where you also started your journey.
