Eine überwiegend flache Runde auf kleinen Sträßchen zuerst am Kaiserstuhl vorbei und dann flach weiter bis Ettenheim. Ab hier die einzig nennenswerte Steigung hinauf in den Schwarzwald (ca. 300 Höhenmeter) und durch eine tolle Landschaft nach Freiamt und wieder hinunter ins Rheintal und am Tuniberg vorbei flach zurück nach Bad Krozingen.
