Clockwise MTB route
From Cavi di Lavagna, you reach Chiavari via the Rocche di Sant'Anna trail. Then you climb to Rovereto and Cardini, before descending to Casarza Ligure. Continue through Novano and intersect the Via Aurelia. Turn towards Sestri and, after 500 meters, turn left towards Agriturismo Casaggiori, where the asphalt ends. The dirt road climbs towards Moneglia for about 2 km, then turns towards the coast and descends to Riva Trigoso. Return to Sestri passing the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Succour, follow a long stretch of cycle path, pass through the Bay of Silence, and return to Cavi di Lavagna.
