About This Route

Morning: Mont-Saint-Michel through the polders

Departure from Dol. Arrival at Sainte-Anne chapel. "Voie verte" through the polders to Beauvoir. Mont-Saint-Michel.

Low tide expected at 1:30pm, high tide at 7:15pm(May 1, 2011). Possibility of guided tours through the bay starting from Sainte-Anne or Mont-Saint-Michel?

Evening: Combourg, then back home

Ride to Combourg through Pontorson. Visit. Take a train to Rennes (about one train per hour untill 10pm).

If more time is wanted in Mont-Saint-Michel, or if the legs hurt, it is possible to ride back to Dol from Pontorson, instead of going to Combourg (saves about 10km).

For those who are just too tired to ride, a bus leaves from Dol to Mont-Saint-Michel in the morning and rides back in the evening.
