Very varied route: in the first cycling section to Casarza Ligure, then you reach Borgonasco and Castiglione Chiavarese mainly on secondary roads, you continue on SP 523 towards Missano, return to a secondary road that leads us to Velva and Colle di Velva, continue on the only downhill section to Torza and climb towards Valico della Mola until reaching the agriturismo Cà Marcantonio (possible very special resting point - tel. 0187-845720).

The next day you reach Valico della Mola and descend to Torza. Continue to Tavarone, Mulin Cornaio and Colli di sotto, where the dirt road begins that leads us to Passo del Bocco di Bargone (908 mt). Continue to climb on dirt road for about 3 km, then descend for about 8 km to Passo del Biscia and Case Soprane. Brief ascent of a couple of km, then mainly descent on dirt road for about 15 km to Passo del Camila, Picchetti, Costagnola (end of dirt road), where it is possible to stop at Agriturismo Ristorante "Cà di Prei" (tel. 3470863837). Continue descending to Conscenti, then climb to Passo dei Sciolli, descend to Montedomenico, climb for Villa Azaro, Villa Loto, descend to San Bernardo and Sestri Levante.
