Park the car in Cadonna, and shoot down to Menaggio; now you have a wonderful view of the lake and villages all the way to Como. Behind Como, it’s hilly, going up and down on great roads with always new bays inviting for swimming, with small cafés and trattorias that invite you to linger, all the way to Bellagio, that town that sits in a dreamlike position above the lake. Ferry back to Cadenabbia. Now a final great effort back up to the starting point.
