Monday, June 28: Marina di Camerota/Valle del Mingardo/Licusati/Camerota/Marina di Camerota km 35 - elevation gain 400 m. Free breakfast and departure by bike for the stage of the day. We will start by climbing up to Camerota, with a stop halfway to narrate the poem of Kamaraton, the nymph who rejected Palinuro and who, for Venus's revenge, was transformed into the rock on which Camerota now stands. Arrival in Camerota, cradle of ancient artisan traditions; visit to a terracotta workshop to learn about one of the typical productions of the place. We will arrive at Licusati, a small hamlet located in the Cilento National Park, with a stop to visit a characteristic olive mill museum. Arrival at Mingardo Beach, free time at the beach. Lunch featuring blue fish. In the afternoon return to the structure, free dinner and overnight stay.
