Pobra-Portela-Chans-Graña-Pistas por riba do Son-Encrucillada do Enxa-costa dos tabáns-eólicos-Portela-bar de Sanisidro

We start with the usual climb to Portela to warm up our legs. Once at the top, we take the trail on the right towards the Chans do Barbanza but with a variation, as we follow the new trail of Castelo de Vitres and then turn left to climb about 250 meters on a fairly easy trail without technical difficulties that will lead us to join the trail going to the village of Graña. We make a continuous descent along the northern slope of the mountain (watch out for loose gravel), above Porto do Son, heading south, then we climb a trail that was in quite rough condition, with lots of loose stones, up to almost the Enxa crossroads. We take the trail on the left and climb what we call costa dos tabáns, then continue climbing to the highest part of Barbanza and its wind farms. From there, we begin a dizzying descent, passing again through Portela until we reach the Sanisidro bar, where Pili will treat us to some refreshments or beers and tuna empanada to regain strength.
