Aussicht auf Burghausen

The route starts in Dorfibm at the 'Zehentnerhof' and initially follows a somewhat more 'relaxed' variant westward (near Pimbach). Then it heads northwest uphill to the 'Weilhartinger Forest', crossing Frankinger Street and later Mühlenstraße, 'diving' into the Weilhartinger Forest and traversing it until reaching 'Hochburg'. From there it continues northwest towards Burghausen, passing through 'Duttendorf'. Here you reach a wonderful viewing platform offering a good view of Burghausen. The return route goes back to 'Dorfen' and then briefly continues west on Barsberger Street (L 1022) to 'Pemmerleithnersölde'. From there, you head south towards Staudach and then turn west into the forest towards the 'Antonius Chapel'. From there, the route continues to 'Ruderstallgassen'. Here it turns south and descends via 'various paths' down to federal road L503. Before Webersdorf, turn right to 'Reith' and then on to 'Geretsberg'. The rest of the way back to Dorfibm should be familiar after 30 years of 'Ibm'!
