About This Route

Von Britz (Anschluss RE3/ODEG) über die B2 (Radweg) bis Sandkrug, dann durch den Wald teilweise auf dem Radfernweg "Berlin-Usedom" zum Schiffshebewerk und durch Niederfinow auf dem "Treidelweg" entlang am Finowkanal zum Bahnhof Eberswalde (Anschluss RE3/ODEG nach Berlin).

Im Wald zwischen Sandkrug (B2) und Oder-Havel-Kanal (L291) verläuft der Weg teilweise auf losem Schotter und über Pflaster. Touren-/Trekkingrad o. MTB ist wohl sinnvoll. Auch auf dem Treidelweg gibt's nahe der Revierförsterei Kahlenberg (Gaststätte Sauerei) eine kurze Sand-/Pflastereinlage. Überdies ist der Treidelweg eher schmal ausgebaut und zeitweise stark frequentiert und somit nur bedingt RR-geeignet.
