Britz-Schiffshebewerk-Eberswalde_HBF

From Britz (RE3/ODEG connection) via the B2 (cycle path) to Sandkrug, then through the forest partly on the long-distance cycle route 'Berlin-Usedom' to the boat lift and through Niederfinow on the 'Treidelweg' along the Finow Canal to Eberswalde station (RE3/ODEG connection to Berlin).

In the forest between Sandkrug (B2) and the Oder-Havel Canal (L291), the path runs partly on loose gravel and cobblestones. A touring/trekking bike or MTB is probably advisable. Also on the Treidelweg, near the Kahlenberg forestry office (restaurant Sauerei), there is a short sandy/cobblestone section. Furthermore, the Treidelweg is rather narrow and sometimes heavily frequented, so it is only conditionally suitable for road bikes.
