Frastanz über Bangs zur RFL

From Frastanz train station to Feldkirch city – across the old Kapf bridge along the Ill to Nofels towards Bangs (GH Sternen). Continue to the Bangs customs office along the Rhine to Illspitz – across the new Ill bridge along the Ill towards Brederis (gravel lake). Then on to Giesingen and finally via country paths to the rescue and fire brigade control center (RFL).
